I am Richard Oluyinka — a pastor, peak performance and life coach, and seminar speaker. For over two decades I have helped leaders, founders and congregations across three continents close the gap between who they are and who they were made to become.
A word of welcome
Two callings, one conviction
Most people do not fail for lack of ability. They stall because their inner life and their outer ambition are pulling in opposite directions. I have spent twenty-two years in pastoral ministry and coaching watching that same fracture show up in boardrooms and in pews alike — and watching it heal when a person finally addresses both at once.
That is the conviction behind everything I do. Whether I am preaching on a Sunday morning in London, running a leadership intensive in Accra, or sitting across from a founder in a quiet coaching room, the work is the same: help you become the kind of person your calling can safely rest on.
