A short call
Twenty to thirty minutes to understand the room, the outcome and whether I am genuinely the right person. Sometimes I will recommend someone else — that is a good outcome too.

Format, content outline, dates, deliverables and a clear itemised fee. Nothing hidden, nothing added later.
Confirmation & preparation
Once agreed, you receive the speaker pack, AV requirements and a preparation timeline. Then the real work begins.

Often, yes. Fees are scaled by organisation type and format, and a limited number of pro bono and reduced-fee engagements are reserved each year for charities, student groups and smaller churches. Tell me your range in the form and I will be straight with you.
Sometimes. Cancellations happen and the online calendar is not the whole picture. Mark the enquiry urgent in your brief and you will get an answer the same day where possible.
Recording and streaming are usually welcome and agreed in advance as part of the contract, including how the footage may be used afterwards. Coaching sessions are never recorded.
Of course. Choose “Something else” and write freely. Readers of the books get in touch often, and those messages get read.
