Programme A
The Peak Intensive
Twelve weeks, fortnightly ninety-minute sessions, full diagnostic and a written personal operating plan. The flagship programme — for a specific transition, decision or reset.
EnquireThe work
Three distinct services. One underlying method: build the person, and the performance follows.
01 — Pastoral ministry
Ministry is still the centre of gravity. I preach regularly, accept pulpit invitations internationally, and work with church leadership teams on the unglamorous questions — succession, burnout, governance, and the health of the people carrying the weight.
I take a limited number of ministry engagements each quarter so that each one gets proper preparation. Enquiries are welcome from churches of any size or tradition.
02 — Peak performance & life coaching
Most of my coaching clients are not struggling. They are succeeding — visibly, measurably — and paying for it somewhere they do not discuss. The work is to make the success sustainable and the person whole, in that order.
I work with a deliberately small roster: executives, founders, senior clinicians, clergy and professionals in transition. Sessions run online or in person in central London.
Programme A
Twelve weeks, fortnightly ninety-minute sessions, full diagnostic and a written personal operating plan. The flagship programme — for a specific transition, decision or reset.
EnquireProgramme B
Ongoing monthly coaching with between-session access for leaders who want a steady thinking partner rather than a fixed-term project. Reviewed quarterly.
EnquireProgramme C
A facilitated programme for senior teams of six to twelve. Individual diagnostics, two group intensives and a shared set of working commitments.
EnquireThe method
No mystique, no proprietary pyramid diagram. Four stages, repeated until they hold.
A long, uncomfortable, entirely confidential first conversation. We map the real situation — not the version you present in meetings. Most clients say more in that ninety minutes than they have in years.
Almost nobody's problem is the one they arrive with. We isolate the single limiting factor — usually a belief, a boundary or an unmade decision — rather than treating six symptoms at once.
Rhythms, boundaries, decision rules, recovery, and a written personal operating plan you could hand to someone else. This is where inspiration turns into infrastructure.
New structures fail the first time real pressure arrives. We stay in the work long enough to survive that — reviewing, adjusting and reinforcing until it holds without me.
03 — Seminars & keynotes
I speak roughly thirty times a year at conferences, corporate away-days, church conventions and leadership schools. Audiences from forty to four thousand.
45–90 minutes. A single, tightly argued talk built around your theme, with a clear takeaway your audience can act on immediately.
3–4 hours. Teaching plus structured exercises and facilitated discussion. Best for leadership teams and professional bodies.
2–3 days. A full curriculum with workbooks, cohort work and follow-up. Delivered on site anywhere in the world.
Every talk is adapted to your audience after a briefing call. Bespoke topics welcome.
Calendar
A selection of upcoming public engagements. Private and corporate dates are not listed.
Practicalities
Fees vary by format, location, preparation required and the nature of the organisation. Charities, churches and student bodies are quoted differently from corporate clients. Send the details through the enquiry form and you will receive a clear, itemised quote — no obligation.
Three to six months is comfortable for international dates; UK engagements can sometimes be accommodated at six to eight weeks. The calendar for the following year typically fills between September and November.
Regularly. I work across Africa, Europe and North America, and have spoken in nineteen countries to date. Travel and accommodation are arranged by the host or invoiced at cost, agreed in writing beforehand.
Yes. Roughly two thirds of my coaching clients work with me entirely online, across several time zones. In-person sessions are available in central London by arrangement.
No. My own convictions are not hidden, but coaching clients come from every background and none. The work is shaped around your values, not mine. If you would like faith explicitly integrated into the sessions, say so and it will be.
Completely. Nothing leaves the room, including from organisation-sponsored engagements — sponsors receive confirmation of attendance and progress against agreed goals, never session content. This is set out in writing before we begin.
Ready when you are
Send the brief — theme, audience, format, location. You will hear back from me personally.
